May 30, 2007Elijah Blue (a.k.a. P. Exeter Blue I),son of actress/singer Cher and Gregg Allman and frontman for the art-industrial-rock band DEADSY, has posted two solo demo tracks on his personal MySpace page. "Long Way Down" and "White Knuckle Angel" are expected to appear on Elijah's upcoming solo debut, tentatively due later in the year. The album will feature the Sales brothers Tony (bass) and Hunt (drums) (sons of famous actor Soupy Sales and the rhythm section for David Bowie's early '90s band TIN MACHINE),as well as DEADSY drummer Alec Pure.
DEADSY's second album, "Phantasmagore", came out in August on Elementree/Immortal. The band took part in last year's The Family Values Tour, along with an appearance at last summer's Lollapalooza.
